We try at all times to ensure that our clients have a wonderful travel experience. At times things happen that cause concern for clients and ourselves and the following terms and conditions are designed to outline the procedures and conditions that can be implemented.
Please be assured that we work very hard to ensure that the effects of unforeseen circumstances on our clients are minimised.
Important information
By using our website, you agree to
these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you may
not use this site. Ezetravelthailand reserves the right, at any time, to
modify, alter or update these Terms and Conditions, and you agree to be bound
by such modifications, alterations or updates.
Ezetravelthailand do not represent or warrant that the information accessible via www.ezetravelthailand.com is accurate, complete or current. We are not responsible for typographical errors. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.
Please read these Booking Conditions carefully as they incorporate the basis upon which bookings are accepted by Ezetravelthailand.
Changes in Prices and Itineraries
Should
the price of your holiday be affected by changes to flight schedules,
tax/surcharge increases, currency fluctuations or increases in third
party costs, ezetravelthailand reserve the right to adjust your prices
accordingly, even after you have paid all or part of the quoted price
of your holiday.
If we need to change your booking or part of it
for reasons beyond our control – for instance if airline timetables
change or a hotel advises an overbooking situation – we reserve the
right to vary your itinerary and will give you, or cause to be given to
you, prompt notice thereof. In the event that any one change or series
of changes to your holiday itinerary demonstrates that your holiday has
thereby become materially different from that contemplated prior to the
change or changes effected, and in respect of which we have already
accepted your deposit or balance payment, you have the right to
withdraw from the holiday and monies already paid will be refunded in
full, less any non-refundable airline, hotel or ground operator
charges. Alternatively, with your agreement, we will rearrange your
holiday by providing alternative arrangements of the same or similar
standard as originally booked.
In the unlikely event that we
have to cancel your booking because of events outside our control we
will, if we are able to, offer you an alternative holiday of similar
standard. If you do not accept the alternative, we will refund in full
any monies already paid, less any non-refundable airline, hotel or
ground operator charges. It is essential that you check with your
travel agent for any changes to price or variations of conditions,
which may have occurred in the holiday you have chosen, and obtain a
quotation before you make your booking.
In this time of
escalating prices and economic instability, it is impossible to
accurately foreshadow fluctuations in exchange rates or increases in
airfares, fuel, airport charges, hotel rates and other service
providers’ tariffs. If your holiday price increases by more than 10%
you will have the right to cancel within seven days of notification of
the surcharge with only a $20 per person administration charge.
Responsibility
In
producing this site, Ezetravelthailand has used information supplied by the
entities (Operators) providing the various goods and/or services
(Products). In supplying this information to you, Ezetravelthailand is
acting as the agent of such Operators. Irrespective of any measures
taken by Ezetravelthailand to ensure the information contained in this site
is accurate at the time of publication, Ezetravelthailand does not accept
any liability of whatever nature for the acts, omissions, default,
whether negligent or otherwise, of any service providers in connection
with your travel pursuant to a contract between them and yourselves
(which may be evidenced in writing by the issue of a ticket, voucher,
coupon or the like). We do not accept any liability in contract or in
tort (actionable wrong) for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional
expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any events
which are beyond our control, but not limited to war, civil
disturbances, fire, floods, acts of God, acts of Government or of any
other authorities, accident to or failure of machinery or equipment or
industrial action.
The standards of accommodation and other services are based on various factors which are generally accepted as indicative of a certain class, however, we do not guarantee the standard, class, or fitness for purpose, of that accommodation or service.
Ezetravelthailand does not control the manner in which Products featured within this site are provided.
Ezetravelthailand disclaims and will be exempt from liability for anything to do with the supply of such Products. This includes liability (whether as a matter of contract, tort, statute, restitution, or otherwise) for any direct, indirect or consequential loss, liability, claim, cost, expense, proceeding, demand, penalty, disappointment, death, injury, illness, shock, inconvenience or delay. This limitation of liability also applies irrespective of the cause, including negligence of us or an Operator, withdrawal, cancellation or failure to provide a Product, delay, any variation in the Product, the provision of substitute Products or a change in the Operator. Without limitation, we will not be responsible if the Product is not available due to inclement weather conditions or other Acts of God.

Prices and Conditions for most operators
Prices
and conditions are current at the time of publication but are subject
to change without notice. Some Operators may impose conditions that
vary from the conditions stated in this site.
Prices listed in this site are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable, but do not include transport from the client's home port to holiday destination and return, items of a personal nature, meals, transfers and existing or proposed taxes and government charges, unless otherwise indicated.
Security Deposits and Final Payments for most operators.
A
minimum security deposit of $160 per booking is required. Full payment
of your holiday cost must be made no later than 30 days prior to
travel. With bookings made less than 31 days prior to travel, but more
than 7 days prior to travel, full payment of holiday cost must be made
within 48 hours of confirmation of your booking.
If the booking is made less than 8 days prior to travel, full payment of holiday cost is required at the time the booking is confirmed.Please ensure payments are made within the specified time limit. If this does not happen, our system may cancel the booking without notice or liability to you. Only upon payment of the full cost of your holiday do you have a final booking with the Operator of the relevant Product and at no time do you have a contract with Ezetravelthailand.
Amendment Fees
Any
amendment to a booking is subject to the approval of the relevant
Operator. Any approved change to your booking prior to, at or after
making final payment will incur an amendment fee of $50 in addition to
any fees imposed by the Operator.
Late Bookings
A fee of $20 will be charged for any late booking which necessitates documents being forwarded by courier.
Cancellations and Refunds
A cancellation fee may be charged if you cancel or terminate your holiday earlier than expected, for whatever reason.
Bookings canceled prior to Final Payment
There will be no refund of the security deposit
Bookings canceled after final payment
There
will be no refund of the security deposit, in addition to any fees
imposed by the Operator, which may be up to 100% of monies paid.
Childrens Prices
In
most cases, childrens prices for accommodation featured on this site
refer to children occupying the same room/unit with at least two adults
and using existing bedding. Additional charges will apply if extra beds
(including rollaway and cots) are required.
Bonds
Bonds
or credit card imprints may be required by some Tour Operators, Hire
Operators and Accommodation Operators providing a telephone, mini bar
and/or other facilities in the room. Other bonds may apply to certain
product or at certain times of the year.
Travel Insurance
Ezetravelthailand
strongly recommends travel insurance options, as it may protect you if
you cancel your holiday due to unforeseen circumstances.
Transfers and Tours
Some
Accommodation Operators provide courtesy transfers from
airports/railway stations. It is essential that these transfers are
pre-booked.
Some Tour Operators provide complimentary pick up and return to holiday accommodation. This service must be confirmed with the Operator 24 hours prior to departure.
Important note
Some
tours require a minimum number of passengers to operate. If minimum
numbers are not achieved tours may be canceled at short notice.
Additionally, some Operators reserve the right to cancel departures for
other reasons. Ezetravelthailand will not be held liable for a service
variation, cancellation, delay or withdrawal, or an Operator's failure
to notify your client.
Payments
Cards accepted by Ezetravelthailand are Mastercard and Visa (1% fee) and American Express (4% fee).
